1:1 Outreach Tutor — Complex Needs & Inclusive Education

Prospero Teaching is seeking an experienced Outreach Tutor to deliver bespoke education packages on a 1:1 basis to young people with complex needs who may not currently attend school. The role focuses on English and Maths, building confidence and engagement while adapting to individual challenges.

Contract: part-time (15–25 hours per week) with a minimum £25 per hour; location across Staffordshire community/home settings.
