Retail Team Leader — Customer Experience Champion

John Lewis is seeking a Team Leader in one of our stores to drive excellent customer service and lead Partners with passion for products. You will shape the customer impression and help maximise sales while maintaining store standards.

You will inspire, coach and develop your team, manage shifts across 20 hours per week, and collaborate with the wider shop leadership to meet demand while ensuring safety and compliance.
