Shift Leader – Customer Experience Champion (20h)

Greggs in Manchester is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager isn’t around. You will motivate the team, ensure excellent customer service, and oversee day-to-day operations across in-store and online orders.

You’ll be responsible for preparing products, managing ovens, stocking displays, and maintaining store presentation while fostering an inclusive culture and delivering a brilliant customer experience.
