Overview

In this full-time, permanent role you will lead a residential conveyancing team within a well-established legal practice. You will manage a reduced caseload from instruction to post-completion while ensuring high-quality, compliant work. You will coach and develop junior team members and drive performance toward service standards. You will partner with cross-functional colleagues to maintain excellent client care and support the firm’s conveyancing objectives. Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of residential conveyancers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Manage a caseload from instruction through post-completion
  • Oversee quality and accuracy of conveyancing work in line with legal standards
  • Mentor and develop junior team members through supervision and coaching
  • Monitor team performance and help achieve departmental targets and service standards
  • Promote best practices and ensure excellent client care throughout all stages of conveyancing

Key requirements

  • 5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing (including freehold and leasehold)
  • Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a legal environment
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
