Overview

In this role you will lead a team of Partner Technology Strategists to shape the technology direction of Microsoft’s strategic partners. You will blend sales leadership with technical credibility to translate technology strategy into scalable, customer-value offerings across the Microsoft Cloud. You’ll partner with executives and cross-functional teams to align investments with business priorities, drive revenue growth, and expand cloud adoption. This is a place to shape partner solutions at scale and influence how technology and business outcomes converge.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Partner Technology Strategists with coaching and inclusive leadership
  • Shape partner technology strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with partner executives and technical leaders
  • Drive scalable partner solutions and repeatable offerings across the Microsoft Cloud
  • Align technology strategy with commercial outcomes by coordinating with sales, pipeline, and marketplace goals
  • Prioritize high-impact opportunities with clear qualification and prioritization practices
  • Build trusted relationships with partner executives, PMMs, Microsoft sales teams, solution specialists, and Partner Solution Architects
  • Scale impact by identifying reusable solutions and improving priorities across partners and markets

Key requirements

  • Experience in technology sales, technical sales, technology consulting, partner technology, solution architecture, or a customer-facing tech role
  • Experience leading or developing teams responsible for technical strategy, sales, consulting, or solution development
  • Experience working with senior business and technical stakeholders to shape strategies or transformation initiatives
  • Experience linking technical investments with business or commercial outcomes such as revenue growth or cloud consumption
