Flexible Care Worker – Community & Daily Living

Frontier Consulting is recruiting Support Workers in Birchington to assist three adult brothers with learning disabilities, autism, and complex behaviours. You will join a small, dedicated team, supporting daily living, community participation, and personal care in a home-based setting.

The role requires flexibility across a seven-day rota, with early mornings, evenings, and sleep-ins. Drivers are preferred due to the service location and client needs. Visa sponsorship is not offered.
