Overview
As a senior member of the Document Review and Collation (DRC) team, you oversee large-scale document review and disclosure projects for a fast-growing law firm. You will coordinate cross-functional groups, supervise paralegals, and ensure high-quality eDiscovery delivery for internal and client-facing engagements. The role blends client liaison, strategy planning, and team mentoring in a collaborative, inclusive culture. You drive efficient review processes and deliver clear reporting to support complex investigations and data requests.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of document review projects from setup to close
- Support inquiries and internal/external investigations
- Manage large-scale review projects and e-disclosure efforts
- Line-manage paralegals with supervision and mentoring
- Liaise between project teams and client teams with clear updates
- Contribute to training materials and team development
- Track progress and prepare progress reports
- Ensure project-related financials are tracked and transparent
Key requirements
- Solicitor qualified in England and Wales is preferable (or qualification in other jurisdictions)
- 1-5 years’ experience overseeing document reviews with Relativity
- Experience advising on and responding to data subject access requests
- Excellent communication and self-management skills
- Creative problem solving and ability to manage critical issues quickly
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Collaborative team player with stakeholder and client interaction
