Night Duty Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead the night team to deliver exceptional guest service in a luxury London hotel. You will manage overnight front-of-house operations and ensure safety, reporting, and smooth handovers to the day team. You will work within Hyatt’s culture of care, empathy, and professional service to support guests exploring central London. Responsibilities

• Oversee the night team to ensure high levels of guest service
• Manage front-of-house operations including check-ins and check-outs
• Prepare and submit nightly reports to senior management
• Communicate important occurrences to the day team
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols
• Monitor the safety and security of the premises

Key requirements

• Proven hospitality operations experience with strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage overnight teams effectively
• Excellent knowledge of hotel procedures, guest service standards, and health and safety requirements
