Overview

As Senior Product Manager, you own the vision, strategy, and execution of Navan’s Payments platform, the backbone for global transactions. You will shape end-to-end experience for expense payments and payouts, from configuration to settlement, while building scalable, compliant infrastructure. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional partners to expand into new markets and drive high-impact features using data, AI, and strong product judgment. This role offers visibility and impact at scale, shaping how businesses move money across geographies.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end experience for expense payments and payouts, including configuration, routing, settlement, and reconciliation
  • Build and manage intelligent systems optimizing speed, reliability, cost, and compliance across multiple rails
  • Lead strategic partnerships and integrations with banks, payment providers, and fintech infra firms
  • Drive geographic expansion, navigating regulatory, banking, and currency dynamics
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Design, Finance, Legal, Risk, and GTM to deliver features from conception to launch
  • Maintain a prioritized, value-driven roadmap balancing customer impact with technical complexity and risk
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure success and optimize payment performance

Key requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of product management or equivalent experience
  • Strong product taste, judgment, and design thinking
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams toward ambitious goals with urgency
  • AI fluency and ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows
