Renault Retail Group is seeking an Assistant New Car Sales Manager for Renault Romford (RM3). The role supports the General Sales Manager in delivering New Car targets, profitability, and customer experience.

You’ll coach a team including Sales Executives and a Vehicle Progressor, while managing finance options and stock flow. The position offers £35,000 base salary with an uncapped £70,000 OTE, on a 3-week rota with weekend hours and ECOS scheme access.
