Engineering Talent Acquisition Partner

Adecco is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment for mid-to-senior level roles across engineering, infrastructure and related functions in London. The role is permanent, full-time with a hybrid pattern (3 days in the office) and some site visits.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, collaborate with senior stakeholders, develop sourcing strategies, conduct interviews and offers, and drive a high-quality candidate experience across the lifecycle.
