1:1 SEND Tutor – Flexible, Term-Time Role (Chelmsford)

AP Education is seeking SEND Tutors for 1:1 support in Chelmsford. The role offers term-time hours up to 30 per week with an hourly rate of £25–£30. You will deliver core subjects or SEND-specific support to help learners access mainstream or specialist settings.

Applicants should have proven SEND/SEMH experience, a background in education or youth work, and strong communication skills. QTS/HLTA preferred; two years UK experience without qualifications is welcome.
