Job Title: Leveraged Finance Director- Top 50 City law firm
Salary: £130,000-£140,000
PQE Level: 6-10 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time
Firm: Our client is a fast-growing Top 50 City law firm with ambitious growth plans and a forward-thinking entrepreneurial approach.
Role: Joining their Leveraged Finance sub team acting for sponsor, lender, and corporate clients:
- Drafting and negotiating facility agreements
- LMA
- Intercreditor arrangements
- Corporate financings
- Growth lending
- Playing a key role in the further growth of the practice

Successful candidate:
- 6-10 PQE qualified solicitor in England & Wales
- Specialising in leveraged finance within a US or Top 20 City law firm and looking for a clearer route to partner and healthier work/life balance
