Residential Care Deputy Manager – Lead with Impact

National Care Group’s Abbeyvale Care Centre in Hartlepool is recruiting a Deputy Manager to lead a residential service, delivering person-centred support to older adults with dementia, disabilities and complex needs. You will manage the home, coach and motivate a team, ensure high-quality care, and maintain regulatory standards in a hands-on, visible leadership role.

The position is 40 hours per week on a flexible rota, including evenings, weekends and occasional night shifts.
