In this role you will join a specialist Gloucestershire firm to manage a diverse residential conveyancing caseload within a growing equity release practice. Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters (sales, purchases, remortgages)
• Handle leasehold and lease extension work, SDLT considerations, and unregistered properties
• Support equity release-focused clients, with equity release experience as a plus
• Maintain strong organisation and time management to meet deadlines and client needs
• Deliver exceptional client care and clear communication throughout the transaction

Key requirements

• Minimum 2 years PQE
• Strong technical expertise in sales, purchases, remortgage matters, leasehold and lease extensions, SDLT, and unregistered properties
• Organisational and time management skills
