Assistant Head Teacher: Quality of Education & Strategy

Nova Education Trust’s Nottingham University Samworth Academy is seeking an Assistant Head Teacher (Quality of Education) to lead on teaching and learning improvement, and to drive the strategic development of the school.

The post will focus on quality of education, work with the pastoral team to support pupil achievement, uphold the school’s vision, and collaborate with senior leaders to raise standards across all year groups. Start date in January 2027; permanent, full-time contract.
