Senior Quantity Surveyor

Overview

In this role you will commercially manage a 35+ million refurbishment/fit-out project in West London, reporting to a Commercial Manager. You will oversee all commercial functions from procurement through final account, contributing to a contractor-led portfolio that includes refurbishment and new build schemes in London. The position offers a negotiable salary aligned with experience and a clear path to lead on high-value projects. This is an opportunity to shape cost control, procurement strategy, and financial performance on complex delivery programmes.

Responsibilities

• commercially manage the project from procurement to final account
• oversee procurement activities and subcontractor management
• cost control, valuation, and interim payment processes
• prepare and manage forecasts, budgets and final account
• interface with Commercial Manager and project stakeholders

Key requirements

• experience of commercially managing 25m+ schemes in London
• track record with refurbishment/fit-out projects
• ability to implement effective procurement and cost control processes
