ER Specialist – London (Hybrid & Legal Collaboration)

Currys plc in London is seeking an ER Specialist to join the Employee Relations team on a 12-month fixed term contract. You’ll provide expert guidance across complex cases, partner with Legal, and support managers and HR colleagues to navigate tribunals and disciplinary processes.

Based at our London Waterloo Campus on a hybrid basis, you’ll manage high-priority ER cases, drive continuous improvement, and coach managers to handle future issues more effectively.
