Street Food Team Leader – YES, Manchester
YES is a music-led independent venue in the heart ofManchester. We’re looking for someone with kitchen experience, a natural senseof leadership and a hands‑on approach to take ownership of the day-to-dayrunning of our kitchen.
This is a busy, energetic role where you’ll be right in theaction — making pizza, supporting the team, keeping standards high and makingsure service runs smoothly.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Hassolid experience working with pizza in a busy kitchen
- Isconfident taking the lead during service
- Caresabout quality, consistency and cleanliness
- Isorganised and comfortable with kitchen admin and paperwork, or willing tolearn
- Leadsby example and works well with a team
- Hasa positive, can-do attitude and isn’t afraid of hard work
You don’t need to have been a Head Chef or Kitchen Managerbefore. You need to know your way around a kitchen, be ready to take the nextstep and take pride in doing a great job.
