Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team is seeking a proactive CRM & Fan Engagement Executive to own day-to-day CRM activities and help shape how our global fanbase is engaged. You will work across Marketing, Digital, Commercial and external partners to optimize audience experiences and drive engagement from Brackley, with onsite presence three days a week.
The role requires experience with Klaviyo, data-driven lifecycle management, and strong stakeholder communication.
