You will report directly to the EU Functional Lead for Merchandising, Food Safety & Quality Assurance, and Sustainability, playing a pivotal role in delivering complex technical projects across Europe, including the exciting Supplier Suite/PGI programme. This role offers a fantastic hybrid working model, with 3 days per week based at either our Ashford, Kent or Hemel Hempstead office. Your Responsibilities
Take end-to-end responsibility for project delivery, from initiation and planning to implementation and successful transition into BAU. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining alignment with project objectives. Implement appropriate governance, project methodologies, and RAID management throughout the project lifecycle. Engage effectively with sponsors, business teams, technical specialists, and senior stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in project management, with a strong grasp of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. A recognized Project Management qualification. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience in change management, particularly in deploying technology across multiple sites. Ability to manage third-party system integrators and external delivery partners. A solid understanding of business processes and the capability to drive operational adoption. Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable, with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite to support project planning, reporting, governance, and stakeholder communications.
