Job Type: Full-Time Long Term (5 days a week), Day to Day Supply
Pay Rate: 95 – 115 per day
Job Overview:Supply Staff Ltd is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor for secondary schools across Gloucestershire. This role is ideal for a Behaviour Mentor who is passionate about supporting students to improve their behaviour, build confidence and succeed academically. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students facing behavioural challenges, helping them develop positive attitudes and strategies to thrive in school.
Key Responsibilities:* Support students in managing their behaviour and making positive choices.* Develop and deliver personalised behaviour support plans.* Work with teachers to monitor student progress, behaviour and attendance.* Liaise with parents and carers to build positive communication and support.* Participate in school meetings and contribute to behaviour management strategies.
Requirements:* Experience working as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar role is preferred.* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.* Ability to build trusting relationships with young people.* Patience, resilience and a positive attitude.* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.* Must meet standard UK school safeguarding requirements.
