Proceeds of Crime Solicitor (4+ PQE) – High-Impact Role

ENL Legal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Criminal Solicitor to join a specialist prosecutions team in Manchester. The role requires at least 4 years PQE and deep criminal law expertise, with a focus on proceeds of crime, asset recovery and complex investigations.

You will advise on asset restraint, confiscation and enforcement, review evidence and help shape charging decisions, supporting high-stakes cases in a closely collaborating criminal justice environment.
