Tesco introduces a two-year scheme in 2027 that blends buying and merchandising to develop you into a future leader. You’ll rotate across teams, create ranges from home textiles to fashion, and work on real commercial challenges with supportive colleagues.

Based at our Welwyn Garden City campus, the programme offers hands-on experience across UK and Ireland, with exposure to F&F, supplier contracts, and opportunities to shape what customers love while building valuable commercial intuition.
