Customer Support Agent – 3 Month Contract

Catering in Bishop’s Stortford is seeking a Customer Service Agent on a 3 Month Fixed Term Contract. You will handle customer enquiries by telephone, email and online platforms and aim to resolve queries at first point of contact.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, retail or hospitality, an excellent telephone manner, and good IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. Salary is £24,784.50 per annum.
