Overview
In this role you will support Hines’ investor relations efforts for institutional, high net worth, and family office investors in the EMEA region, working with the Global Investor Relations team as needed. You’ll help manage client relationships, prepare communications, and streamline onboarding and reporting through the Investor Portal. The position sits within the EMEA Investor Relations team and emphasizes service, accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization. Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of the Investor Relations team
- Communicate details about Hines’ investment vehicles to investors
- Create communications and respond to investor inquiries
- Assist with onboarding of EMEA institutional investors
- Coordinate regular investor updates and reporting
- Maintain and improve the Investor Portal communications for existing investors
- Provide administrative and analytical support to IR operations
- Collaborate with Investor Marketing, Investor Services, Capital Raisers, Fund Management, Finance, Asset Management, Legal and Compliance, and other teams
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline
- 2+ years in institutional real estate, investment management, investor relations, financial analysis or legal roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail
- Strong client service orientation
- Analytical, problem-solving and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of real estate terms and institutional investment vehicles (preferred)
