In this role you will lead a field-based sales team, owning regional performance and strategic direction. You will scale and coach the team, drive data-informed decisions, and maintain transparent reporting to senior stakeholders. The position blends field leadership with hands-on development to build a high-performance culture that delivers against growth targets. This is a fast-moving opportunity to shape a regional sales footprint within a well-established utilities provider.

Pay / Benefits

  • 75,000 OTE (commission paid monthly)

  • Mon-Fri 8:30am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities

  • Own regional sales performance against budget, activity, and conversion KPIs
  • Scale the team through recruitment, onboarding, and training
  • Track agent performance and identify gaps and learning opportunities using data
  • Provide coaching and field support to boost individual and team results
  • Create a high-performance, accountable culture where results matter
  • Set strategy for the territory and implement performance improvement plans
  • Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting and communicate up the chain clearly

Key requirements

  • Proven experience leading a field-based sales team
  • Experience driving sales performance to exceed territory/regional targets
  • Experience recruiting/onboarding/training field-based Sales Executives
  • Inspirational leadership with ability to develop others
  • Ability to forecast and commentate on performance to senior stakeholders
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
