Strategic Finance Director for Growth & Profitability

Manucomm Recruitment Ltd in the UK seeks a commercially minded Finance Director to shape strategy and strengthen profitability. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead a small finance team and own cash flow, working capital and financial controls in a growing £7m manufacturing SME.

You should be a qualified CA (ACA/ACCA/ICAS) with broad experience across strategy, pricing, capex and board reporting.
