Community OT for Adults with Learning Disabilities

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (Band 5) for the West Adult Learning Disability team in Pool. You will assess, plan and deliver OT interventions for adults with complex learning disability needs within a multidisciplinary team.

You will use MOHO-based assessments, liaise with clients, families and agencies, and prepare clear reports. Training for clients and carers on engagement in self-care and activities is included.
