Chadwick Nott is seeking a Supervising/Managing Associate in Bristol with 4+ PQE to join a market-leading Funds Finance practice. You will advise on complex facilities including capital calls, NAV and hybrid structures for lenders and sponsors, taking responsibility from day one.
You will manage transactions, supervise junior lawyers, and build strong client relationships while contributing to business development and strategic growth of the team.
