n An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Partner to join the Birmingham office of a leading international law firm.
n The firm is looking to appoint a Partner with an established following and a strong reputation within the Birmingham market. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial property lawyer looking for a platform where they can continue to develop their practice, grow their client base and benefit from the strength and reach of an international firm.
n The successful candidate will join a highly regarded commercial property team and will handle a broad range of high-quality work for a diverse client base, including major corporates, investors, developers, funds and institutions.
n The role will involve:
n Advising on a broad range of commercial property transactions.
n Acting for investors, developers, landlords, tenants and corporate occupiers.
n Handling acquisitions, disposals, development and investment work.
n Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
n Growing your existing practice and generating new business.
n Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider UK and international network.
n Playing an active role in the continued growth of the Birmingham commercial property practice.
