Job Description:
The Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust is seeking a pharmacist to support medicines optimisation within the CYPMHS pathway. The role involves working with CAMHS teams to promote safe, cost-effective medicines use and to facilitate continuity of care across settings.
You will provide counselling to patients and carers and contribute to improving quality and safety of prescribing. A full UK driving licence is required for travel between sites as needed.
