Maternity Locum – Bolton

Alastair Ross Medical Practice, Breightmet Fold Lane, Breightmet, Bolton BL2 6NT

• 6 clinical sessions per week.
• Mondays Thursdays and Fridays.
• £10,500 per session for 9 months starting 16 November 2026 untill 20 September 2027.
• Light home visit, light on call, on call is to cover late visit request only.
• 6 weeks pro-rata leave, plus bank holidays.

• Usual workload is 16 patients clinics plus occasional home visit and 1.5hours admin.
• On call is afternoon only to cover late visits requests and any urgent reviews.Usually once a week.
• You will be supported by clinical lead GPs, 4 senior partners as well as a large admin team in this surgery.

7,000 patients 5 GPs, 1 ANP, nurses, HCA and PCN staff.

We have always attained highest QOF and enhanced services provisions.

We have in house clinical pharmacist that help us attain the best clinically effective and cost-effective prescribing in the CCG. Our clinical pharmacist can also do docman, run independent hypertension services, and handle script queries from wide range of sources.
