Senior Social Worker – Disabilities (Children) | Hybrid

Community Care Live is seeking a Senior Social Worker to join our Children with Disabilities service in a hybrid role. You will manage complex caseloads, contribute to court proceedings, and develop specialist knowledge while building on safeguarding experience.

You will work three days in the office with the remainder remote, in a supportive team focused on outcomes for vulnerable children and families, with clear opportunities for career progression and development.
