Key Duties:

- To be responsible and accountable for the overall management and operations of the golf club
- To ensure that financial targets are achieved
- To be responsible and accountable for the overall maintenance of centre and equipment
- Ensure all staff are displaying, complying and championing the company’s brand values both internally and externally
- Ensure an enjoyable experience for all customers visiting the Club
- Respond to customer complaints or inquiries.

I am searching for a manager with experience in a multi-faceted leisure facility who may have worked within golf. A Club or General Manager with proven experience of implementing sales and marketing strategies and leading a team towards commercial goals.

The successful candidate with hold recognised qualifications in leisure and/or golf and be confident in performance reporting and forecasting.
