This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, detail-oriented individuals looking for long-term, ongoing work with a pay increase after 12 weeks.The RoleAs a Quality Inspector, youll be responsible for ensuring products meet the required quality standards before being dispatched.Your duties will include:Inspecting products for defects and quality issues.Identifying and accurately reporting faults.Restoring products to their original condition where required.Working efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail.Following all health & safety and quality procedures.Handling small components such as nuts and bolts (no heavy manual lifting).Working HoursWhen working at the Daventry site, shifts will typically be:7:00am – 3:00pm or8:00am – 4:00pmApplicants must be flexible to work different shift patterns, as required by the business and our clients.TrainingYour initial training will take place between our Daventry and Banbury site.Please note:A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.The first 30 minutes of travel is unpaid.Any travel time exceeding 30 minutes will be paid.What Were Looking ForWere looking for candidates who are:Reliable and punctual.Able to work both independently and as part of a team.Flexible with shifts and travel.Based within reasonable travelling distance of Daventry.Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.Previous quality inspection experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.Why Apply?Immediate starts available.Long-term, ongoing work.Pay increase after 12 weeks.Full training provided.Opportunity to work with a supportive and growing team. xjlbheb If youre looking for a role where attention to detail is valued and youre ready to start work immediately, wed love to hear from you.Apply today and one of the 365 People team will be in touch!
