Home Hospice Care Assistant (Bank) – Palliative Support

Bank Hospice at Home Healthcare Assistant role with St David’s Hospice Care. You will visit patients in their homes across the boundaries we operate in, mainly within Mid and South Powys and Monmouthshire when required.

The post holder reports to the Senior Manager for Hospice at Home and is accountable to the Director of Nursing. This bank position offers flexible hours in a home-based care setting.
