Village Hotels – Swansea is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader and CDP to drive service on the pass and own your section while supporting the brigade for consistent quality. You will lead by example in a busy kitchen, ensuring strict standards and teamwork.

You will supervise junior kitchen staff, maintain food safety and brand delivery, and help manage stock and wastage while maintaining rigorous paperwork for monthly stock takes.
