Lead Chef: High-Energy Latin Kitchen Leader

Las Iguanas is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead a high-volume kitchen and deliver consistently high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. You will build a positive, energetic kitchen culture, coach and develop chefs, and work closely with the General Manager to drive restaurant success.

You will be responsible for maintaining rigorous standards of cleanliness, safety and food quality while balancing creativity with cost control and efficient stock management.
