Rehab Care Assistant – Personal Care & Activities (FT, York)

Active Care Group is seeking a Rehabilitation Healthcare Support Worker for Woodlands in York. You will support residents with personal care, help with daily activities and participate in activities to promote independence, under supervision of senior staff.

You’ll need to be literate with good English, show empathy for adults with brain injury and mental health needs, and be willing to train in safeguarding, care plans and moving and handling. A proactive, patient attitude is essential.
