We are now looking for a Property Team Leader – Sales and Lettings who shares our commitment to excellence and is ready to take on a role that is both rewarding and challenging.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a small and dedicated team in a fast paced environment where no two days are ever the same. While your main focus will be on property rentals, you will also play an important part in property sales and new homes. You will work closely with our company owners, helping to shape the way we operate and the service we provide..
What You Will Be Doing:
- Leading, motivating and supporting your team so they can perform at their very best
- Managing the day to day operations of the lettings department, from marketing properties through to move in
- Growing the business – with new listings and new opportunities
- Supporting the sales and new homes team as required
- Building strong and lasting relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers
- Generating new business while caring for our valued existing clients
- Ensuring every client receives an exceptional level of care and communication
- Providing regular reports and updates to the business owners
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in property lettings is essential, knowledge of sales and new homes is an advantage
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide others
- Highly organised, proactive and confident in managing multiple priorities
- Excellent people skills with the ability to listen, build trust and communicate effectively
- Comfortable using property software and confident with Microsoft Excel
- Flexible attitude to working hours, with an understanding that property is not always nine to five
- A full United Kingdom driving license and access to your own vehicle
