Compassionate Weekend Support Worker (Homelessness)

BCHA is seeking compassionate individuals to join the weekend team at George House in Plymouth, supporting customers experiencing homelessness. You will help maintain a safe, supportive environment, respond to incidents, manage anti-social behaviour, and escalate safeguarding concerns with management.

You will also deliver group support sessions and weekend activities to promote engagement, stability, and positive outcomes, including helping with meals to build trust and connection.
