Smart Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Loading Shovel Driver to join a leading Waste Management and Composting specialist based in the Ufton area.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced machine operator looking for stable work, guaranteed hours, and long-term opportunities within a growing industry.
The Role:
You will be responsible for operating a loading shovel safely and efficiently across a busy composting and waste processing facility, working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Main Duties:
- . Operating a loading shovel safely on site
- . Loading collection and arctic vehicles
- . Feeding shredders, screeners, tunnels, and processing equipment
- . Transporting materials across the facility
- . Supporting composting operations
- . Carrying out basic maintenance including greasing and cleaning mobile plant
- . Following all Health & Safety procedures
