Peripatetic Care & Support Worker – Enhanced Living

Support for Ordinary Living (SOL) invites applications for a Peripatetic Support Worker – Enhanced Care & Support. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with learning disabilities across their homes and communities, promoting dignity and inclusion.

Role involves working across multiple teams to cover annual leave, supporting independence and participation, with a two-week rolling rota and occasional sleepovers. Travel between sites is required as part of the role.
