The Role

n

• Managing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from start to finish

n

• Handling new build transactions, shared ownership matters, remortgages and transfers of equity

n

• Reviewing titles, preparing contracts and raising enquiries

n

• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, developers and other solicitors throughout the transaction

n

• Progressing files efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards of client care

n

• Building long-term relationships with clients and professional introducers

n

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload independently

n

• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property transactions

n

• Someone who thrives in an ambitious, forward-thinking and supportive environment
