Housing Plus Group at Hazelwood, Whitchurch (SY13 1FQ), is seeking a Care and Support Worker on a 37.50 hour week to assist tenants aged 55+ in a ShireLiving service. The on-site team provides 24/7 safety and security while promoting independent living within a supportive community.
