What will you do?

You will manage your own full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
• Continue to develop the conveyancing department through business development

Experience:

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
• 5 years’ PQE +
• Strong technical ability across a broad range of residential conveyancing matters
• Confidence to work independently and lead within a team
