What You’ll Do
Cut and deliver all short form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
Work from the 7-day content calendar provided by the Social Media Manager
Select the strongest moments from highlight timestamps provided by the Long Form Editor
Review BTS footage and identify additional short form opportunities
Add accurate open captions burned into every short — no exceptions
Apply consistent branding across every clip — captions, fonts, colours and show identity
Format content correctly for each platform — aspect ratio, length and style vary per platform
Deliver all content to the Social Media Manager on schedule, every week
Stay current with short form trends — adapt the format when something new is performing

Highly proficient in CapCut — this is your primary tool for fast-turnaround short form content
Fast — you can turn around a full week of shorts without compromising quality
Someone who understands what works in the first two seconds — the hook is everything
Detail-oriented on branding — every clip should be immediately recognisable as Loud London content
Organised — files correctly labelled, Drive always clean, deadlines always met
Willing to grow into a Network Editor Supervisor role as Loud London scales to multiple shows
