Oracle Unifier Functional Consultant –

Overview

In this contract role, you will drive a major transformation by implementing Oracle Unifier to replace legacy Primavera and Excel-based PM processes. You’ll partner with business stakeholders and delivery teams to translate requirements into a robust Unifier solution and support the rollout, testing, and go-live. You will shape future-state processes and guide data and process migration while ensuring a smooth transition to business-as-usual support. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that shapes how projects are managed at scale.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong functional expertise across Oracle Unifier
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture processes, requirements and pain points
• Support the implementation and rollout of Oracle Unifier
• Analyze Primavera and Excel-based processes to define future-state solutions
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and Oracle Unifier configurations
• Facilitate configuration discussions to ensure alignment with business needs
• Work with implementation and technical teams throughout delivery life cycle
• Support testing, UAT and business readiness activities
• Assist with data/process migration considerations as needed
• Support issue resolution and functional troubleshooting
• Contribute to go-live preparation and transition to BAU support
• Provide ongoing functional support post-implementation

Key requirements

• Proven experience as an Oracle Unifier Functional Consultant
• Strong understanding of Oracle Primavera Unifier and its functional capabilities
• Experience delivering or supporting Oracle Unifier implementations
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills
• Experience working with business stakeholders and translating requirements into functional solutions
• Knowledge of Primavera and/or existing project management systems
• Experience working with Excel-based processes and migrating to structured enterprise solutions
• Experience across implementation, testing, UAT and go-live activities
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work effectively across business, implementation and technical teams
