The Inn Collection Group is recruiting a Chef de Partie for The Swallow Falls Inn near Betws-y-Coed, Snowdonia. You will be at the heart of a thriving kitchen, delivering high standards of food, presentation and speed in a busy operation.

You’ll oversee your section, maintain food safety and storage, and work closely with kitchen staff, front-of-house and management to ensure smooth service and consistent quality.
